Jeanette passed away at the age of 68. She was born in Turlock, Ca to Harry and Lucy Carlson.

She is preceded in death by her husband Dick Owens, Parents, brother Phil Carlson, sisters Loretta Zanos and Helen Palmer. She leaves behind two sisters Margaret Ribeiro and Nora (Bob) Cheseldine, and many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. 

Jeanette lived in Turlock all her life, she graduated from Turlock High School in 1967. Became a Cosmetologist and owned her own Beauty Salon Jeanette’s Place. Dick and her also owned and ran the Brown Jug until they retired. 

Jeanette lived her life to the fullest. She will be greatly missed by her family and many friends. Some one once said she was a special lady and she really was. 

A celebration of life will be held on October 28th, 2017 from 10 am - 1 pm at the Turlock VFW on Lindwood.
