Jose Pablo, 90, Turlock passed away peacefully surrounded by his family. Jose was born to Gabriel Rangel and Vicenta Escobar in Ixmiquilpan, Hidalgo, Mexcio. 

His is survived by his wife of 65 years Lillian Rangel and 5 children: Rosa Maria Rangel, of Mexico

Henry (Carol) Rangel of Ceres, CA, Elena (Mark) Meier of Visalia, CA. 17 grandchildren Jorge Marciel Rangel, Araceli Marciel Rangel, Jose Felix Marciel Rangel, Juan Fernando Marciel Rangel, Rafael Marciel Rangel, Adrian Marciel Rangel, Rogelio Marciel Rangel, Richard Brian Hernandez, Jonathan BJ Hernandez, Guillerma Lillian Garvey, Victor Manuel Cebreros, Curtis Henry Rangel, Maegen Ray Rangel , Ellen Rene Rangel, Juan Andres Barnett, Melissa JoAnn Barker, Heather Kay Andrews and Stephanie Renee Barnett and 23 gr-grandchildren.
