Private services were held for Joseph Howard Foulks, 67, of Los Banos. He was born Feb. 27,1942 in Oklahoma and died Feb. 22, 2010, in Emanuel Medical Center in Turlock.
He was a maintenance worker for a property management company for 13 years.
He is survived by his son, Joseph Foulks Jr. of Los Banos; daughter, Shanna Perez of Los Banos; brothers, David Foulks of Turlock and Ace Armstrong of Salinas; sister, Eve Joe Foster of Oregon; and 10 grandchildren.
