Our Savior Jesus Christ has called our very special angel, Kimberly, to come home. Heaven in all its glory has opened the gates where she has been joyously greeted by so many loved ones and most importantly, Jesus and his blessed mother.

We will miss her dearly. Kimberly was a beautiful, compassionate, and loving soul. She showed so much grace and acceptance of God’s will during her struggles fighting a horrible disease.

Kimberly was born in Salinas, Ca and moved to Turlock when she was recruited to run track for Stanislaus State University. She became a Two Time All American in track and field and was inducted into the Stanislaus State Hall of Fame.

Kimberly enjoyed a career as a kindergarten teacher and touched the lives of so many students. Her family was always a priority. She was a truly wonderful and unselfish soul. Her life was centered around her family, her home, and her garden. She loved the outdoors. Her camping trips with her family were her most treasured memories. Yes, there is a special angel in heaven. She will be missed, but never far away. She is in every fiber of our being. We loved her so very much.

Kimberly is survived by her mother and father, Alfred and Dorothy Becker of Salinas. Sisters Lisa Phelps and Amy Becker of Salinas and Prunedale. Brother Alfred Becker of San Ramon. Daughter Elizabeth Hankal, Son Jacob Hankal, and husband of nearly 32 years, David Hankal of Ceres, Ca.

A Memorial Mass will be held on Tuesday, July 19 at All Saints University Parish beginning at 10am.
