Eileen was born at Astoria Women’s Hospital in New York City New York in 1949. Her family resided next door to the McCapplins “DodgeEstate” in Madison New Jersey. Life magazine published a photo on the front page of Eileen along with other children in their swimming pool.
After extensive traveling she and her husband settled in Turlock Ca where they owned and ran a golf driving range on Lander Ave. in Turlock Ca.. She also had a love for art and became an oil painter. She had many gorgeous visions put to canvas. Another of her Great loves were animals. From her horses, kitties and even an opossum! She loved living, in order to become a legend you must die.
