Loren Fullmer, 68, of Turlock passed away at home on Monday, Aug. 30. He was born in Ely, Nev. and raised in Livingston. In 1960, Loren joined the Navy and served until 1963. He worked as a Civil Servant for McClellan Air Force Base until the base was closed. He was a general contractor in the Sacramento Area. In 2005, Loren moved to Turlock. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ Latter-day Saints and a life member of the VFW. He enjoyed woodworking, cabinetry and restoring antique cars. He loved riding motorcycles and making people laugh.

Loren is survived by his children, Tammy Fullmer, Loren L. E. Fullmer, Aaron Fullmer and Travis Fullmer; three siblings; 14 grandchildren; and five great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one sibling.

A graveside service will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 14 at San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery.
