Lorene Ann Silva, 83, passed away peacefully on June 21, 2016 at her home surrounded by family as she went into the arms of our Lord. Lorene was born September 29, 1932 in Kansas to Harry and Louisa (Kinslow) Price. Known fondly to family as Gammie she was a former resident of Turlock and lived in Banning, California for the past 12 years. She was preceded in death by her husband Joseph Silva of Turlock  and daughter Carolyn E (Rehana) Nizzia of Banning, California. She is survived by son Wally L. Rehana of Turlock ; sister Frieda Sibole of Banning, California; son in law John V. Nizzia of Banning, California, four grandchildren, Frank V Nizzia & wife Abbie of Menasha, Wisconsin, James D Yates of Palm Desert, California, Brian M. Nizzia of North Andover, Massachusetts, granddaughter Maria S. (Nizzia) Rodriguez & husband Jose of Banning CA; six grandchildren: Aslyn & Jonathan of Menasha Wisconsin, Alyssa & Andrew & Izabella & Gianna of Banning California and a host of extended family. Arrangements were handled privately by family.
