TurlockNorma Benjamin WillsonMay 29, 1917 - May 18, 2011 Norma Benjamin Willson passed away May 18, 2011 at the age of 93 after living with the disease of Alzheimer's for 10 years.Norma was born May 29, 1917 in Iran to parents Alexander and Lucy Benjamin. As a child Norma immigrated to the United States with her parents and lived in Turlock and the Bay Area.She received her teaching degree from Cal State University Stanislaus and began her teaching career in Hilmar, CA. She later moved to the Bay Area and completed her teaching career in Redwood City, CA.During her retirement she traveled extensively here in the States and internationally with family and friends.Norma is survived by her sister, Grace Hanks, her sons Joe Willson and John Willson, her daughter Andrea Tifft, her seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.A graveside service will be held July 9, 2011 at 12:00pm at Turlock Memorial Park in Turlock, CA.                                                                                                                                                              Turlock Journal
