Orgil was born in Arkansas to Clarence and Marie McVay and passed away at the age of 73 in Keyes.  He was an electrician all of his adult life.  He owned and operated Tracy Electric from 1984-2002 and then worked for Lynx Enterprises from 2002 -2013.  Orgil loved to fish, play pool and enjoyed camping with his family.  He and Kay enjoyed 35 years of marriage together. Orgil is survived by his loving wife Kay; children Brian Piersall of Tracy, CA and Patrick Piersall of Ceres; sister Gail Alexander of CO; seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.  He is preceded in death by his parents; children Lee Lombardi and Richard McVay and brother Carl McVay.
