Patricia Rae Raudebaugh (born Smith) passed away in Elk Grove, California on May 5, 2024 at the age of 85.  She passed peacefully after 11 years of Alzheimer’s disease.  She is survived by her husband Bart Raudebaugh and three children (son Jeffrey, and daughters Susan, and Karen).  She was preceded in death by brother George Caldwell Smith Jr. age 7 in 1939, and sister Mary Francis Smith age 64 in 1999.  In addition she has six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

After Pat’s graduation from Denair High School in 1957.  She worked in Yosemite National  Park, Son Valley, Idaho, New York, Reno Nevada and ended up in Palo Alto California where she met and married Bart Raudebaugh on May 19, 1962.  They bought a house in Sunnyvale California and lived for 41 years and then moved to Elk Grove, California in 2007.  They were married happily for 61 years until her demise

As per her wishes there is no formal funeral. Just remember her occasionally.  There was a Memorial Butterfly Release at the All Saints Parish Church in Turlock in July 2024.
