Beloved husband and father, Paul Hess, passed away on September 26, 2019 in Turlock, California.  He worked for Emanuel Medical Center for 7 years and had lived in Patterson for 32 years.  He enjoyed being home with his wife Janis and their pets and spending time at the ocean whenever possible. Paul was a member of Central Valley British Car Club.

He is survived by his wife Janis Hess; step children Heather (Gino) Gabaree and Melanie (Jimmy) Rothenberg; and sister Carrie Hess.  He was preceded in death by his parents Robert and Josephine Hess and brother Chris Hess.
