Penny was born in Michigan to Dean and Virginia Phinney and passed away at the age of 73.  She will be remembered by her friends and family for her kind and loving heart.  Penny was a realtor for 30 years until her retirement.  She loved horses, camping, shopping, cooking and baking and crafts of various sorts.  Most of all, Penny treasured time spent with her children and grandchildren.

She is survived by her children Penny (David) Flippins, Colette (Marvin) Ghan, Troy Turley and James Turley; siblings Pamela Smith, Peggy Gumm and Debbie Parsons; grandchildren Timothy Small Jr., Richard Small, Karlie Flippins, Cory Harden, Nicole Dodd, Kelli Mullen, Penny Turley, Jessica Turley, Nicole Turley, Makayla McKinney and Tearsa Ghan; eight great grandchildren.
