A mass is scheduled for 9 a.m. on Tuesday, April 6 at St. Anthony Catholic Church, 1799 Winton Ave., Atwater. Rosary will be held at 7 p.m. on Monday, April 5 at Whitehurst, Norton & Dias. Burial will be at Winton Cemetery.
Rafael Parra was born March 8 in San Miguel, Durango, Mexico.
He was an assembly line worker for an electronic company for 25 years. He was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church of Atwater and he enjoyed working on cars, spending time with family and friends and gardening, especially roses.
