A rosary will be said for Scott Alves, 46, of Delhi, at 3 p.m. July 30 at Allen Mortuary. Scott died Friday in Delhi.
He was born in Turlock in December of 1962 to Steve and Zeldina Alves. He graduated from Turlock High School in 1980. He was in the construction industry for 10 years as a scaffolding specialist. Scott was a cowboy and a roper, belonging to ACTRA and the Turlock Horsemen’s Club. He enjoyed life raising his daughter, Robin, as a distinguished single father.
He is survived by his parents, Steve and Zeldina Alves of Delhi; daughters, Robin Alves of Delhi and Carly Madison of Seaside, Ore.; sister, Kimberlee Breien of Skiatook, Okla.; and brother, Brian Alves of Ballico.
