Steve Y. Garcia passed away on December 15, 2020, at the age of 64. After suffering from various medical conditions, such as heart disease and cirrhosis of the liver, he passed away with his two sons, Marc and Matthew, at his hospital bedside. 

Steve was born on June 19, 1956, in Fresno, CA to the late Mary and Augustine Garcia. Raised in Livingston, he also lived in Modesto for some time before finally settling down in Turlock. Steve was very charismatic and loved spending time with family and friends. He will be dearly missed. 

Steve leaves behind the mother of his children, Irma Cardenas; his two sons, Marc and Matt Garcia; daughter-in-law, Deserie Garcia; and adoring grandchildren, Aiden, and Eliana Garcia. He was preceded in death by his father, Augustine Garcia; mother, Mary Garcia; sister, Fermina Jaramillo; and brothers, Augustine, Johnny, Gilbert, and Andy Garcia. 

A Cremation Visitation Memorial service will be held from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., on Monday, December 28, 2020, at Turlock Funeral Home, 425 N. Soderquist Rd., Turlock.
