Tiburcia Zavala Medina, 89, of Patterson, died on July 2. She was born in San Pedro, Puratiro, Michoacan, Mexico. She was a homemaker for 58 years, and she was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Patterson.
She is survived by her sons, Felipe Medina of Mexico, Macario Medina of Newman, and Elias Medina of Patterson; daughters, Piadade Vasquez of Mexico, Dominga Vasquez of Mexico, Gloria Tovar of Patterson, and Olivia Medina of Patterson; sister, Rosa Zavala of Mexico; and 43 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son, Jorge Medina.
Visitation will be held from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. on July 10 and from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. on July 11, both at Whitehurst, Norton, & Dias Funeral Chapel. Mass will be held at 10 a.m. on July 12 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Patterson. Rosary will be held at 7 p.m. on July 11 at Whitehurst, Norton, & Dias Funeral Service.
Burial will be at Mexico Memorial.
Services are under the Direction of Whitehurst, Norton & Dias Funeral Service of Turlock.
