Wanda Mae Gunter Holder, 51, formerly of Turlock, died on Nov. 11, 2009, in Taos, NM, where she had lived for the past several years. She left behind two loving boys who she raised by herself — God bless her soul. She had liver cancer, along with other health problems.
She is survived by her sons, John and Rodger Powell; siblings, Mary Gunter Brown of New Mexico, Buddy Gunter of Arizona, Mable Gunter of New Mexico, Jim Gunter of Turlock, Ruth Gunter Vaile of New Mexico and Brenda Gunter Parrish of Madera, Calif.; and grandchildren, Angie, Jeremy and Katrina, all of Taos, NM.
