Bill was born in May 1964 and passed away in January 2018 after succumbing to injuries sustained while doing what he loved: racing on a fresh dirt track. Bill was known for his amazing generosity and kindness to every single person he met; once you shook his hand, he was your friend and he would have given you the shirt off of his back if you needed it. He fiercely loved God, his wife & children, and his two grand-daughters who were his pride and joy.
