I have been following the controversy in regards to the farmers market, I read where Mr. Cipponeri  and his father in-law had contributed to then-candidate now Mayor Gary Soiseth. I am surprised nobody has made a bigger issue of this.

 I am very uncomfortable with having a mayor who accepts money for his campaign then creates a problem where no problem existed before involving the same person who contributed to his campaign. The whole thing stinks and I am wondering why that has not been focused on more. I no longer trust our mayor or any council member who supports the change in regards to the farmers market. Shady dealings should not be a part of our elected officials' agenda.
