Small claims not big enough
Placeholder Image

Have you ever noticed that when people say they hate attorneys, that it’s usually their own attorney that they hate? The costs of hiring an attorney are often more than the cases are worth, even if you win!

Our ailing health care system gives attorneys even more opportunities to financially rip us off, and thereby serves to further drive up the costs of health care.

One excellent partial solution is to get our small claims courts maximum claim of $7,500 raised to at least $25,000.

A low small claims court limit does nothing to help the American people. It only serves to line the pockets of the attorneys.
