Bicycle stolen at knifepoint

Turlock Police are investigating a robbery where a knife was used to take a bicycle.

The robbery occurred at 12:43 p.m. Tuesday in the parking lot of the Stop and Shop at 1590 Lander Ave.

The victim told the police officers he was approached by a man in the parking lot. The man pulled out a knife and ordered the victim to hand over his bicycle.

The victim complied and the last he saw of the suspect and the bike was on Angelus Street.

There were no injuries reported from the encounter.
