A Turlock man was found deceased near Lander Avenue, the California Highway Patrol reported.

The deceased was identified as Dalton Lee Park.

At 9:16 a.m. Wednesday, the CHP responded to the area of the Lander Avenue off ramp of southbound Highway 99 for a report of an unresponsive man.

Officers responded to the scene and found Park deceased.

The preliminary investigation did not indicate any signs of foul play, said CHP spokesman Officer Tom Olsen.
