A Turlock man was arrested Monday afternoon after he was seen masturbating in a parked car outside a coffee shop, according to the Turlock Police Department.

Arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure and disorderly conduct was Timothy Jones, 37.

The police department was notified of the incident by a witness who reported seeing Jones masturbating in a parked car around 3:15 p.m. Monday outside the Starbucks at 2012 E. Canal Drive.

The coffee shop is across the street from a school, but Turlock Police spokesperson Officer Steve Rodrigues said Jones was not sitting in the direction of the school and was watching pornography on a phone when he was spotted.
