Police nab naked man

Motorists traveling along W. Monte Vista Avenue Wednesday afternoon were greeted with the site of a naked man.

Around 12:45 p.m. the Turlock Police Department received a call of a suspicious person in the 2400 block of W. Monte Vista Avenue.

Police arrived and found Ryan Griffin, 22, unclothed and under the influence of narcotics, according to the police report.

He was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication.

A Stanislaus County Sheriff’s deputy was arrested Tuesday following a months-long investigation into allegations of on-duty sexual misconduct, authorities said.
