Turlock Police investigators are hoping photos from last week’s robbery at a grocery store will lead to the apprehension of the suspect.

The police department released photos from surveillance cameras that captured the image of the suspect from the May 22 robbery at Cost Less Market.

The suspect pulled out a handgun and took an undisclosed amount of cash from the store, said Turlock Police Lt. Nino Amirfar.

The suspect was last seen riding a bike into a nearby neighborhood. Police were unable to locate him after searching the neighborhood, Amirfar said.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male in his 20s. He stands about 5 feet, 7 inches to 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighs approximately 250 pounds, according to the witness statements. He has a mustache and a goatee that stops at the base of his chin.

Anyone with information about the robbery is asked to contact Detective Tim Redd at 664-7325. Callers can also leave an anonymous tip at Crime Stoppers at 521-4636. Callers may be eligible for a cash reward.
