The Turlock Police Department is investigating an armed robbery that happened Thursday night.

The robbery was reported at 8:56 p.m. Thursday at a store in the 3400 block of W. Monte Vista Avenue.

A man entered the store armed with a handgun and demanded money from the clerk. The clerk complied and the suspect fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.

No injuries were reported in the robbery.

The suspect was a Hispanic or White man wearing a black jacket, grey sweatpants and a mask. He was last seen heading southbound on Tegner Road. It's unknown if he used a vehicle.
