A tip to the location of a man wanted on multiple felony warrants led to the arrest of two individuals Wednesday morning.

The Turlock Police Department was given information that Partner Hooten, 40, was at a home in the area of Lander Avenue and 7th Street. Hooten was wanted on a felony assault with a deadly weapon warrant, according to the police department.

Officers went to the home around 12:30 a.m. Wednesday and found Hooten there, along with Megan Wasylina, 31.

Wasylina was wanted by the Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Department on a drug warrant and was taken into custody. At the time of her arrest, Wasylina was found in possession of methamphetamine.

Both were booked into the Stanislaus County Jail on their warrants and a possession charge for Wasylina.
