The Kiwanis Club of Turlock teamed up with the Stanislaus Arts Commission to offer a free art workshop for fifth grade students at Cunningham Elementary in Turlock last week.

The Kiwanis Club raised funds for the art supplies and art teacher for the week.

Fifth grade teacher Stephanie Pimentel said that under normal circumstances there would be little to no art classes at Cunningham due to budget cuts.
