Turlock Unified School District partnered with the City of Turlock on Tuesday for the inaugural Farm to Family Feast, which celebrated the ongoing progress of the District Farm by providing free lunches comprised of local, fresh food to 600 individuals at Crowell Elementary School, Osborn Two-Way Immersion Academy and Wakefield Elementary School.

“Community partnerships have the capacity to provide for those less fortunate. TUSD created this opportunity with the intent of giving back and making a difference for those most important in our daily work—students and their parents,” said Interim Superintendent Dana Salles Trevethan.
