From the fields to the stars: Salvador and José Hernández to receive honorary doctorates

California State University, Stanislaus announced this year’s honorary doctorate recipients, which will be conferred during the University's 65th Commencement ceremonies scheduled to take place May 27-30 at the main campus in Turlock.

Stanislaus State ranked among nation’s best colleges

Stanislaus State’s Academic Senate voted in favor of a bill that would require students enrolled in all 23 California State University campuses to take one 3-credit unit of any qualifying Ethnic Studies course before they graduate (Journal file photo).
