Turlock fire
The Turlock Fire Department will host its annual Open House from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at Fire Station #31, 540 E. Marshall St., Turlock.

Barktoberfest: The Sierra-Tuolumne Kennel Club will host its three-day dog show, Barktoberfest, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday through Sunday at the Mother Lode Fairgrounds, 220 Southgate Dr., Sonora. Admission is free, but parking is $10. For more information, visit: stkc.org/barktoberfest/

Trunk o’ Treat: Micke Grove Regional Park is hosting a Trunk o’ Treat event from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Friday at 11793 N. Micke Grove Rd., Lodi. The event will feature decorated cars from over 50 different organizations, along with kids crafts and games, pumpkin decorating, food trucks and plenty of candy.
