Olde Tyme Pastries has joined the Turlock Firefighters Local 2434’s campaign to raise awareness and funds for breast cancer research.

During the month of October, Olde Tyme will be serving up sweet, pink treats to Turlock community members, with all proceeds going to the Bill & Elsie Ahlem Cancer Endowment. In support of the fundraiser, Olde Tyme employees will wear the firefighters’ specially-designed pink T-shirts every Friday in October as well.

The Turlock Journal encourages community members, businesses and organizations to support the firefighters’ efforts and then take a photo of their group wearing the signature pink shirts and post it with the hashtag: #turlockgoespink. The Journal will share all the #turlockgoespink photos on its social media sites.
