Charles Scott, 42, of Ceres passed away unexpectedly on Friday. He was born in Modesto to James and Safronia Scott.  He grew up in Modesto and graduated from Davis High School in 1986. After a short stint in the Navy, Chuck married Michelle Marckese. He had a great talent for working with masonry.  He worked as a masonry worker, a warehouseman, and the last five years he was a truck driver. A fun-loving practical joker, Chuck loved to visit and tell stories with his friends. He will be greatly missed. 

Chuck is survived by his wife, Michelle Scott; daughters, Megan Renee and Brittany Nicole Scott of Ceres; brother, James Scott of Modesto; and twin sisters, Brenda and Linda. 

He was preceded in death by his parents; and his sister, Melody.

A funeral Service will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 22 at Allen Mortuary.
