Elsie Fulcher, 81, passed away at her Turlock home. Elsie was born in Hollister CA to Nickolas and Joaquina Paredes. She grew up in Gilroy CA. She married and had four children.
Elsie was preceded in death by her parents, 4 siblings, and her husband Burl Fulcher. She is survived by her children: Shirley  Chastain, Billy Joe Williams jr and his wife Marianne, John Austin Williams, and Burlyn Olson and husband Bob, 9 grandchildren: Anthony Mansfield, Joe, Niles, Jason, Christopher, Johnnie, Jeremy, Tiffany, and Mathew Williams, and 13 great-grandchildren.
Her family is planning a private inurnment.
