After a full life of 90 years and being a wonderful wife and mother, Eva Jacob entered Heaven’s gates on May 23rd. She was born in Cokato, MN on May 9, 1927 but lived in Turlock for the last 70 years of her life. Eva was blessed to be brought up in a Christian home and gave her heart to the Lord Jesus Christ at an early age. Her favorite pastimes were crocheting, gardening, mostly African Violets, and crossword puzzles.

Eva is preceded in death by her parents, Simon & Esther Peterson, her loving husband Richard, two beloved sons Gary & Daryl, seven brothers (Reuben, Lester, Irving, Wesley, Glen, Alvin, Don), and one sister (Lenore Opsahl).

Eva is survived by her daughter, Nancy Jacob of Turlock, one sister-in-law and several nieces and nephews.

A viewing will be held from 4 to 7 pm on Tuesday, May 30th. A Funeral Service will be held at 10am Wednesday, May 31st at Allen Mortuary with interment immediately following at Turlock Memorial Park. Please share your memories and condolences at www.AllenMortuary.com
