Joseph Yacoub, 55, of Riverbank, died Nov. 21 in Los Banos. Visitation and services were held Nov. 29.
Yacoub was born in 1954 in Baghdad, Iraq. He was a dental technician for 25 years and a member of St. Zaia Assyrian Church of the East of Modesto. He enjoyed fishing, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
He is survived by his sisters, Agnes Odishoo of Ceres, Gladis Chimon of Chicago, Ill., Linda Rahsed of Modesto, Hilda David of Ceres and Amal Younan of Hughson. He was preceded in death by his parents, Awikam and Elisha Yacoub.
Services under the direction of Whitehurst, Norton & Dias Funeral of Turlock.
