Our beloved wife, mother, grammy, sister, aunt and friend, Marjorie Pittser, passed on June 5 at the age of 67. Her last days were spent at Memorial Hospital in Modesto with her family and friends at her side.
Marjorie, or Ellen as she was known, was born Sept. 11, 1942, in Merced. Ellen was the youngest of a long line of brothers and sisters. She graduated from Merced High School in 1960. She married her husband, Kenneth Pittser of 47 years, in Reno, Nev. March 31, 1963, before finally settling in Turlock in 1981. From her loving and committed marriage came three children, Keith (deceased), Kimbra and Klint; and grandchildren, Steven, Ashley, Jade, Jessica, Elle, Kailynn and Adam.
Ellen worked in the food industry for over 37 years, but her most proud work was that of a loving, providing, caring and selfless homemaker for her family. For all of us  who had the privilege of knowing and loving Ellen, our hearts will forever be filled with the joy and memories she brought to all of us. She will forever be remembered and deeply missed, until we are reunited with her in Heaven.
Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. on Friday, June 11 at Turlock Funeral Home 425 N. Soderquist Rd. Funeral service will follow at 2 p.m., also on June 11, in the Turlock Funeral Home Chapel.
