Rubie passed away peacefully after a brief illness at Emanuel Hospital. The past 4 1/2 yrs, Rubie made her home at Cypress Assisted Living in Turlock.
She was born to Earl and Fern (Moore) Bennett in Missouri on December 7, 1923. She has been a resident of the surrounding Turlock Area for nearly 50yrs. and a member of the Eastern Star for 50yrs.
She is survived by her daughter Julia Ann, grandson Marc, granddaughters Michelle, Megan, and Marilee. As well as her step daughter Barbara, step grandchildren Bob, Priscilla, Julie and many great grandchildren.
Graveside service will be held at Turlock Memorial Park 575 N. Soderquist Rd. on Tuesday February 4, 2014 at 1:00 p.m.
