Theresa was born in San Francisco to Matthew and Alice Rowan and passed away in Turlock at the age of 50.  Theresa graduated from Turlock High School in 1981 and UC Davis in 1985.  

Theresa leaves a loving family: daughter Grace Marie Simko; parents Alice and Matthew Rowan; sisters Denise Marie Rowan, Regina L. (Brian) Bowyer; brothers Matthew (Teri) Rowan, Thomas E. Rowan, David A. (Shannon) Rowan; seven nieces and nephews Mary Rowan, Elizabeth Rowan; 7 nieces and nephews Mary Rowan, Elizabeth Rowan, Brian Bowyer, Rowan Bowyer, Paige Rowan, Sydney Rowan and Michael Rowan.
