Tony Baltazar, 69 of Merced, passed away on November 1, 2013 after a long illness.  Tony was born in Idaho and has lived in Merced for over 30 years.  He is preceded in death by his parents, Juan & Sarah Baltazar, his daughter, Lisa Baltazar, and his brother, Carlos Baltazar. 
He is survived by his wife, Geneva Baltazar, his daughter, Joanne Perez, his brothers, John DeSalez, and Manuel J, Baltazar  his sisters, Angie Mayo, Erlinda Gamch and Rachel Baltazar.
He also leaves 4 grandchildren  and 12 great grandchildren. Visitation will begin at 4pm (family only) followed by a rosary at 6pm(family friends) on Friday, Nov. 8th at Turlock Funeral Home, 425 N. Soderquist Rd. in Turlock. 
A funeral service will be held at 11am on Saturday, Nov. 9th also at Turlock Funeral Home.  Burial will follow at Turlock Memorial Park.
