Victor, age 41, passed away in Atwater, California.  He is survived by his parents Maria Teresa Garcia and Silvestre Valencia. 6 siblings Silvestre, Rogelio, Carlos, Isabel, Alex and Debbie.

Viewing will be held at Allen Mortuary on Tuesday, December 13, 2016 from 4:00-6:00p.m.  Rosary to follow at 6:00p.m. Mass will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church on Wednesday, December 14, 2016 at 1:00p.m. with burial to follow at Winton 

Cemetery District.
