Youlieh Davood, 84 of Turlock, died Saturday at Emanuel Hospital in Turlock. She was a native of Urmia, Iran and has lived in Turlock since 1992. She was a member of Mar Addai Parish Holy Apostolic Catholic Assyrian Church of the East of Turlock.
She is survived by her four sons, Charles Yonan and Wife Mary of Turlock, Emanuel Yonan and Wife Lena of Denmark, Beness Younen and Wife Nancy of Turlock and Saul Yonan and Wife Marina of Turlock; daughter Marlene Yonan of Denmark; brothers Ul Davood of Sidney Australia and Uash Davood of Tehran, Iran; sister, Khatoun Davood of London, England; seven grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Visitation will be held from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, May 25 at Whitehurst, Norton & Dias Funeral Chapel 286 West Main Street, Turlock. Services will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, May 26 at Mar Addai Parish Holy Apostolic Catholic Assyrian Church of the East, 820 E. Canal Drive, Turlock. Burial will be at Turlock Memorial Park.
