Humbled by your love and support

As I reflect on this past year, 2014, I am humbled by the outpouring of love and support for the ministry of the Turlock Gospel Mission.  It has been a groundbreaking year with the beginning of the construction of 437 Broadway Street building for the year around shelter for men, women and children, which we hope to complete in 2015.

From thousands of meals served to tens of thousands of casework hours and the five and a half months of overnight shelter for hundreds of women and children, all this and much more allowed us to continue our mission in helping the homeless and hurting people of Turlock find hope and restoration through Christ.

Most of all, we, here at TGM, were able to assist many in finding housing, substance abuse rehabs, ID cards, VA assistance, and employment; in fact, three quarters of the total staff members at TGM overcame homelessness, substance abuse once and now work for TGM in helping others through the Homeless Assistance Ministry or Day Center. We are very grateful for your continued prayers, love and financial support in 2015.  Hope lives here.
