It seems an “arm chair quarterback” on social media wants to hang every negative event in the school district around Mary Jackson’s neck. He claims these events happened on “her watch” as if they were her fault. Seriously?!
There are towns in California that have fewer people than our school district. The point? First, Mary is not the only member of the school board, and considering the hundreds of students and teachers there are bound to be issues. Is this person who is blaming Mary actually asserting that the student who climbed over the fence and went into the pool is actually her fault?
I have known Mary for over 40 years and attest to her multitude of skills and experience that she brings to the school board. No unsubstantiated smears alter those strengths one bit.
