Dear Editor,

I wanted to take a moment to thank the Gustine Traveling Library for bringing a little extra happiness to my family this Halloween season.

While playing at Swanson Centennial Park in Turlock, my daughter and son were so excited to receive free Halloween books from the Gustine Traveling Library! As a mother, seeing my children get excited about reading is always something special.

I also want to give a special thank you to James, the wonderful worker who helped us. He was incredibly sweet and kind, making the experience even more enjoyable for my children.

Sometimes it’s the little things that mean the most. I’m grateful that organizations like them that take the time to do something so thoughtful for families in our community.

Thank you for making my children’s Halloween a little more special!
