Edan Thibodeaux and his mom Jadon pose for a photo at Pedretti Park after Edan was invited to receive the first pitch of the baseball game between Turlock Christian High School and Delta Charter of Tracy. Edan was also able to hit the second throw from TC’s Will Kelly and ran to first base where Delta Charter players awaited to cheer him on. Edan was gifted the game ball signed by the umpires and, according to his mom, he carried it around with pride and joy. Jadon said it was “a delight to see for fans on both sides and truly an impactful way to Honor Down Syndrome Day” which was March 21.
