An investigation by the Turlock Police Department’s Narcotics Enforcement Team resulted in the seizure of multiple illegal drugs and the arrests of three people.

The Narcotics Team served a search warrant at a home in the 1000 block of W. Canal Drive Tuesday and found methamphetamine, heroin, cocaine, concentrated cannabis, marijuana and other items indicative of narcotics sales occurring at the residence, said Turlock Police Sgt. Stephen Webb.

As a result of the search, the team took three people into custody on various drug charges. Julio Cezar Bennen, 42, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine for sales, possession of cocaine and heroin for sales, and a parole violation. Ruben Bennen Prusso, 50, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine for sales, possession of heroin for sales, and possession of concentrated cannabis. Christina Lois Monds, 39, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and child endangerment.

A child living at the residence was taken into protective custody by Child Protective Services, Webb said.

All three remain in custody in lieu of their bail amounts.
