Entries are now being accepted for the annual Carnegie Art Showcase exhibition taking place this summer at the Carnegie Arts Center in Turlock.

The juried exhibition is a celebration of artistic excellence from across the region.  A panel of judges will select the works to be included and award the winners. Entries of works in all media are being accepted now through May 27, and the show will be on display from July 11 through Aug. 31.

Works in all media will be accepted and artists may enter up to eight works. Entry fee is $20 per work. Members of the Carnegie Arts Center will receive a discount on their entry fee. Artists living in all regions of Central and Northern California are eligible to enter; this includes all counties north of Kern County. A total of $2,800 in prize money will be awarded.

All entry materials (entry forms, images, and fees) must be received by 5 p.m. May 27. Entries should be submitted through SmarterEntry.com; a link to the exhibit submissions page is available on the Carnegie website. All materials and payment will be handled on line. Entry materials will not be accepted by mail. Artists with questions or problems using the website should contact the Carnegie office, 250 N. Broadway, Turlock, by email: admin@carnegieartsturlock.org; or call 632-5761 for assistance.
