Hundreds of people came out for Saturday’s annual Turlock Police and Fire Open House event to get a look at the new Public Safety Facility both departments now call home.

The festivities had plenty of activities for children and demonstrations by the SWAT team and a simulated rooftop rescue by fire fighters.

While just a second grader at Julien Elementary School, Sunny Estrada was a big part of Emanuel Medical Center’s celebration of Nurses and Hospitals Week.
