Students of all ages are enjoying the mild weather and much-needed spring break this week. The Journal caught up with a few holiday revelers including the Taber family having a picnic at Crane Park. Others decided to spend their free time with a wide variety of recreational sports, from tennis to Four Square to BMX bike riding.

Bloodless Bullfights
Returning to the FoodMaxx Arena on Sunday will be the wildly popular Portuguese Bloodless Bullfights.
The 114th Stanislaus County Fair will begin its 10-day run on Friday, bringing live entertainment, family fun and livestock shows to Turlock.
